There are a large roofed terrace with fixed barbecue grill and a toilet on the ground floor. An external staircase leads to on the the upper floor which houses the actual living space. Here you will find a cosily arranged living room, a separate dining room and a spacious kitchen. The living room has two full baths and three bedrooms, one of which has a beautiful double bed. The upper floor also has another terrace with a wonderful view.
All bedrooms have air condition and heating. The pool, the garden and the terrace are sunny all day.
